Five Minute Fudge

A quick and simple recipe for delicious fudge. You can substitute the milk chocolate chips with peanut butter chips, white chips or semi-sweet, depending on your own taste. Safa made this recipe for her class for 10 extra bonus points in math. For her version we swirled white and milk chocolate fudge.

Serves 16 (generously)

3 cups milk chocolate chips
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup butter
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Place all ingredients in large microwaveable bowl. Zap in microwave on medium until chips are melted, about 3-5 minute, stirring once or twice during cooking. Stir in nuts, if desired. Pour into well-greased 8x8-inch glass baking dish. Refrigerate until set.
